Consumer Relations Manager - QMRP Abbey Krogstad Education: I graduated from MSCTC with a Associate of Applied Science in Human Resources. Experience: During high school I worked in a nursing home for 3 years. After that I started working at Adult Life Programs as a Program Assistant for 2 ½ years. I started working at Heartland as a Human Resource Assistant for the last 6 months. Hobbies: I love spending time with my family and friends, playing volleyball and relaxing! What I like most about my job: I love being able to help each and every one of our consumers overcome obstacles in their lives! Each consumer helps me grow as a person in so many different ways! Seeing a consumer smile is defiantly the best part of my job! Family: My parents, 3 sisters, 2 brother-in-laws, a niece and nephew (and another on the way!!)

Experience: I’ve spent most of my life in sales and management in the foodservice industry. This background has been a great asset for me in going out in the community and talking with local businesses looking for meaningful employment for our Consumers. Hobbies: I am a huge music buff. I enjoy playing guitar with my oldest son. I have also recently taken up the frustrating and addicting sport of golf. What I like most about my job: What I enjoy most about my job is getting to know and talking with all of the Consumers. As my duties here at Heartland expand I really enjoy learning the different aspects of what makes this a truly unique organization to be a part of. Family: I am married with two great teenage boys. Looking forward to one being a famous musician and the other being in the NFL.
